We have received serveral reports of customers experiencing issues when attempting to operate PCS software with Windows 8.1.Download Pds Drivers
| Symptom: | After opening or retrieving a calibration you are unable to open the calibration tables from the folder view located on the left side of the software. The folder has become unresponsive to mouse clicks. |
| Resolution: | To return the software to normal operation, uninstall Windows Update KB3000850. This update has known installation problems and can cause issues within Windows if installed incorrectly. |
If you are not experiencing the above symptom then no action is necessary. | |
